Torhen (TORHEN SpA) is a Chilean software company. We design, build and run custom enterprise software, iOS and Android mobile apps and SaaS platforms. We also sell published-price packages (process automation, AI receptionist with scheduling, Shopify stores and private Shopify apps) and run our own products, such as the Torhen AI Agent and apps published on Google Play.
How much does it cost to work with Torhen?
Packages have published prices: single-process automation from CLP $200,000 + VAT, AI receptionist from CLP $150,000 + VAT setup and CLP $49,000 + VAT per month, Shopify store CLP $490,000 + VAT and private Shopify app from CLP $350,000 + VAT. Custom projects are quoted by scope, and we answer every request within 24 business hours.
How fast do you deliver?
Packages are delivered in 48 hours to 15 business days depending on the case. Custom projects are built in short sprints, with deliveries you can review every week.
How do payments work? Do you invoice?
For packages you pay 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. We are a registered Chilean company and issue electronic invoices.
Do you work with companies outside Chile?
Yes. We work remotely with companies in Latin America, the United States and Europe, in Spanish and English.

It is our SaaS product at chat.torhen.com: an AI assistant that learns from your website, answers your customers 24/7 and captures sales leads. You turn it on by pasting one line of code, there is a free trial with no card, and plans start at CLP $19,990 per month.
